The Cumberland County Board of Commissioners and the Cumberland County EMS Council recognized 45 Cumberland County EMT’s and Paramedics for their exemplary service in the emergency medical services field.

The individuals recognized have been credited with 20 clinical saves within the last year. The Emergency Health Services Federation (EHSF) defines a clinical save as when a patient in cardiac arrest is resuscitated by EMS in the field and subsequently survives to be discharged from a hospital with little or no neurological deficit. EHSF is the regional EMS Council for Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Lancaster, Lebanon, Perry and York Counties.

Four EMT's were recognized for clinical saves at Silver Spring Ambulance:
EMT Marshall Collins
EMT Brindle Fuller
EMT Matthew Hauck
EMT Noah Keister

Additionally, two members of Silver Spring Ambulance were recognized for clinical saves while working for other services in the county:
Paramedic Eric Durham, Cumberland Goodwill EMS
EMT Jonah Harmon, Holy Spirit EMS
