Silver Spring Ambulance & Rescue Association joins the Silver
Spring Township Parks & Recreation Department in a cooperative summer-long social media
campaign. Both entities will utilize the hashtag #SilverSpringSummer on their official social
media platforms, encouraging residents to Get Active! and highlight the countless opportunities
for summer fun in Silver Spring Township.  Residents can contribute to the conversation by tagging their own posts with the hashtag. Some
of the most inspirational posts will have the opportunity to be featured both on the official social
media pages and at the BBQ & Bluegrass Festival on Sunday, August 9th
. Silver Spring Ambulance plans to share a variety of health and safety tips. Silver Spring
Township Parks & Recreation plans to highlight the seven township parks, feature popular
recreational activities, and demonstrate good stewardship and outdoor ethics.
